Minimum Order is $500 for shipped orders. We will ship a smaller order, but freight will be the same for a small order as for a $500 order. There is No Order Minimum for factory pick up orders.
We will offer Net 30 terms to those who provide credit references and are approved. Other methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, or check in advance. Pick-up orders can be paid by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
Ohio Stoneware reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.
Orders cancelled or refused after shipping are subject to freight and a restocking charge of 15%
