All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Ohio Stoneware, Zanesville, Ohio. All shipped orders are carefully packed on pallets, shrink wrapped, and sent via one of our selected trucking companies. We will do our best to get the best possible freight rate available.
Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery. The driver must note any breakage or shortage on the delivery for claims to be considered. Delivery sheets should be signed after reviewing all notations. If you do not agree with the notations, you should indicate so on the sheet before signing. Claims for breakage or shortage must be made to Ohio Stoneware within 7 days of receipt of delivery. When trucks make a delivery, the drivers have been instructed to place the product on the tailgate only. They cannot take the product into a place of business. Please make arrangements to receive and unload deliveries in a timely manner.
The following special services are subject to additional charges from the freight carrier: Inside Delivery, Re-Delivery, Lift-Gate, and Residential Delivery.
